Kybella Treatment for Double Chin Now Available!

Today Dr. Nicole Hayre was happy to annouce that her office, the Cosmetic Dermatology Center is one of the first in the area to offer Kybella^TM. “Kybella^TM is an exciting new injectable treatment to reduce submental fullness, or double chin”, Dr. Hayre explained.  “Reduction of submental fat usually takes a series of in office sessions.  Patients do need to be evaluated prior to treatment, and must understand that some will have side effects.  Fortunately, initial studies showed all of these to be temporary.”  Most common side effects included swelling, bruising, pain, numbness, redness, and firming in the treated areas.  Most patients will need two to four treatments, and these are performed every six to eight weeks.
