Emsculpt for Men – What to Expect Before, During, and After the Procedure
Before Undergoing Emsculpt for Men
Prior to Emsculpt for men, you will have an in-depth consultation with board-certified dermatologist Dr. Nicole Hayre.
Dr. Hayre will carefully listen to your concerns, goals, and aesthetic preferences, describe the Emsculpt procedure in great detail, and determine if the treatment is right for you.
If you are a good candidate for Emsculpt for men, she will create a customized treatment plan that is tailored to your unique anatomy, needs, and objectives.
During an Emsculpt for Men Procedure
During Emsculpt, a paddle-shaped applicator is attached to the abdomen, buttocks, quads, or arms and delivers electromagnetic waves to underlying muscles.
This HIFEM energy causes 100% muscle contraction, which is not possible with any form of physical activity or exercise.
In fact, within a 30-minute treatment, Emsculpt induces a series of supramaximal muscle contractions that are extremely powerful and equivalent to 20,000 crunches or squats.
Consequently, Emsculpt forces muscle fibers to remodel and thicken and also destroys fat cells through lipolysis.
After Emsculpt For Men
To achieve optimal fat reduction and muscle building, patients are instructed to complete a series of four Emsculpt sessions, spaced two-to-three days apart.
Within two-to-four weeks of their last treatment, guys will be pleased to note visible slimming and toning of the targeted area.
These effects will continue to improve for three-to-six months and ultimately reveal a leaner and more sculpted physique.
